Terms of service: clear rules and fair use for Zeus AGI.

These terms of service set out the agreement between you and PC LAB (UK) for the use of zeusagi.ai and the Zeus AGI desktop application. They are written to be read: the licence, acceptable use, ownership of your output, the limits of liability and how to raise a concern. This version was last updated in November 2026.

THE AGREEMENT

The terms you are agreeing to

By using zeusagi.ai or installing and using Zeus AGI, you agree to these terms. The agreement is between you, whether an individual or an organisation, and PC LAB, a company in the United Kingdom. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the application.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will make that clear on the site rather than relying on you noticing a new paragraph.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law where the law does not allow them to be removed. Where a term is unenforceable, the rest of the agreement continues to apply.

LICENCE AND USE

Licence and acceptable use

A licence to use it

PC LAB grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Zeus AGI for your own work, on the terms agreed when you obtained it.

Ownership of your output

Websites, code, copy, documents, images and reports produced in your work are yours. The software and brand remain PC LAB’s.

No unauthorised access

Use the application only on systems, accounts and data you are entitled to access, and within the permissions granted by their owners.

No unlawful use

Do not use it for unlawful activity, to harm others, to break security, or to interfere with systems you do not own or administer.

No misuse of the software

Do not resell, sublicense or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits, and do not remove notices of ownership.

Human judgement where required

Do not rely on it as the decision maker for legal, medical or financial matters. Qualified people remain responsible for those decisions.

OWNERSHIP

Who owns the output and the software

Output produced in your work is yours, and it is stored on your machine and in your accounts. PC LAB claims no ownership of it. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to whatever you give the system as input, including third-party content and client material.

The Zeus AGI application, the site, the brand and the documentation remain the property of PC LAB and its licensors. The licence above does not transfer ownership of the software. Third-party components included with the product remain under their own licences, which are made available with the application.

AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY

Availability, beta conditions and liability

The site and the application are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that every task will complete, that a model provider will always be reachable or that output will be free of errors. That is why the product verifies its work, reports failures and asks for approval before irreversible actions, and why you should review results before relying on them.

Some features may be described as beta or early access. Those features can change or be withdrawn, and they receive less support than the main product. The early access page explains what participation involves.

To the extent the law allows, PC LAB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights continue to apply.

CONCERNS

How to raise a concern or dispute

01

Write to us first

Email zeus@pclab.tech with what happened, the outcome you want and any relevant reference. Most concerns are answered faster with the specifics than with a general complaint, and we will confirm receipt.

02

Give us a reasonable chance to put it right

We will investigate and respond with a decision, a fix or a proposed resolution. That response is a real answer, not a holding note, and it says what we will do next.

03

Use your legal routes if needed

If the concern is not resolved, you can use the courts or dispute routes available where you live. Consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory rights, and data protection concerns can go to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Yes. Output produced in your work is yours, stored on your machine and in your accounts, and PC LAB claims no ownership of it. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you supply as input.

Yes, for work you are entitled to carry out on behalf of your clients. The same rules apply: work only on systems you are authorised to access, keep the output yours and your client’s as agreed between you, and do not use it to break security or the law.

Beta and early access features can change or be withdrawn, and they receive less support than the main product. They are offered so that real work can test them. The early access page sets out what participation involves and what we ask in return.

Email zeus@pclab.tech with what happened and the outcome you want, and give us a reasonable chance to resolve it. If we cannot agree, you can use the courts or dispute routes available where you live. Your statutory rights are not affected.

BEYOND THIS

This is one example. The next domain is a request away.

Zeus AGI acquires the skills it needs and connects MCP servers, so the scope is not a fixed feature list. If the work is digital or device based, it is in scope.
