Privacy policy: one clear rule, your data stays yours.
This privacy policy explains what PC LAB does with personal data connected to zeusagi.ai and Zeus AGI, in plain English. The short version is on the tin: local-first means your files stay on your machine, and this policy sets out the small amount of data we do handle, why we handle it and the rights you can exercise.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for zeusagi.ai and for the business relationship around Zeus AGI is PC LAB (UK), a company in the United Kingdom. Write to zeus@pclab.tech for any question about this privacy policy, including a request to exercise a right. This policy was last updated in November 2026.
Two systems are involved, and it helps to keep them separate. This website is operated by PC LAB and collects the data described below. The Zeus AGI desktop application runs on your machine and, by default, keeps your files and output there.
WHAT WE COLLECT
What data this privacy policy covers
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, email address, company if you provide it and the content of your message. Server and security logs may record the request itself, such as the time and the network address, to keep the site available and secure.
When you use the application, your project files, prompts, memory and output stay on your machine. PC LAB does not host your workspace. If you choose a cloud model provider, the text you send to that model passes through the provider’s service under that provider’s terms. If you send us diagnostics, we receive only what you choose to send.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your content to train models. We do not add advertising trackers to the site, and the cookies policy explains the small number of cookies that are used.

Your data protection rights
Access
Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and an explanation of how it is used.
Correction
Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Deletion
Ask us to delete personal data where there is no good reason for us to keep it.
Restriction and objection
Ask us to pause or limit how we use your data, or object to a particular use.
Portability
Ask for data you gave us in a common machine-readable format.
Complaint
Complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.
HOW TO EXERCISE
How to exercise your privacy rights
01
Send the request in writing
Email zeus@pclab.tech with the right you want to use and enough information for us to identify you. You can also use the contact page, but email keeps the request in one thread.
02
We verify, then act
We may ask for proof of identity so that we do not disclose data to the wrong person. We respond without undue delay and within one month, as data protection law requires.
03
If we cannot comply
We explain the reason and tell you about your right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You can also object to a decision by contacting us again first.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
Retention, transfers and keeping data safe
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to answer you and for a reasonable record afterwards, then delete them. Legal obligations can require longer retention for some records. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
We use service providers for hosting, email and infrastructure, and they process data on our instructions. Some transfers outside the UK may occur; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
No system is perfectly secure. Local-first design reduces the data we hold, which reduces the risk we create. You remain responsible for your own device, backups and access, and the security page explains how the product handles permissions and approvals.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Short, direct answers. If yours is missing, the full FAQ page has more.
No. The application runs on your machine, the workspace is not hosted by PC LAB, and your files and output stay on your disk. We see only what you choose to send us, such as a support message or diagnostics you attach to a request.
It depends on the processing. We rely on consent when you send a message and ask us to reply, on contract when processing is needed to provide the service, on legitimate interests for security and site operation, and on legal obligation where records must be kept.
No. PC LAB does not use your content to train models. If you use a cloud model provider, that provider’s own terms govern what it does with the prompts it receives, which is one reason the product lets you choose the provider or run a local model.
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer and for a reasonable record afterwards, then deleted. Server and security logs are kept for a short period. Legal obligations can require some records to be kept longer, and we will tell you if that applies.
Contact PC LAB at zeus@pclab.tech first, so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or to the supervisory authority in your country of residence. You can also ask us for a copy of the information we hold.
BEYOND THIS
This is one example. The next domain is a request away.
Zeus AGI acquires the skills it needs and connects MCP servers, so the scope is not a fixed feature list. If the work is digital or device based, it is in scope.
Questions about this privacy policy?
Write to PC LAB and a person will answer. If the question is about how the product handles access and approvals, the support page covers those mechanics.
