Contact Zeus AGI: three ways to reach PC LAB.

Contact Zeus AGI through one form, one email address or the support route, and a person at PC LAB reads it. This page sets out what to include, what happens after you send it and when to expect a reply. There is no ticket maze here, and nothing automated is answering in our name.

Contact Zeus AGI, a single lit channel leading to a distant point.

BEFORE YOU WRITE

What to include in a contact message

The fastest message is a specific one. Tell us what you want to achieve, what you have already tried and which constraints matter: the systems involved, the deadline, the people who need to approve the result. A sentence of context saves a round trip.

If you are asking about suitability, describe one real job rather than a category. A question like ‘can it take a CMS staging site and a launch checklist through to live?’ can be answered accurately. A question like ‘can it do marketing?’ cannot, because the honest answer is that it depends what you mean.

You do not need the product vocabulary. Plain language is better. If you know the outcome you want and the boundaries you work inside, that is enough for us to tell you whether Zeus AGI fits and what the first step would look like.

THREE ROUTES

Three ways to reach PC LAB

The contact form

Best for project questions, early access enquiries and anything that needs a considered reply. Use it when you want context, not just an answer.

Direct email

Write to zeus@pclab.tech when you need a copy of the message or want to attach files. The same team reads it.

Support

If the question is about how the product behaves, the support page and the FAQ usually answer it faster than a form.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

What happens after you contact Zeus AGI

01

A person reads it

Every message is read by someone at PC LAB, not sorted by a bot. It is routed to whoever owns the area: product, support, press or commercial.

02

You get a next step, not a brochure

The reply will be an answer, a question that unblocks it, or a clear no with the reason. We would rather tell you it is not a fit than waste your time.

03

If it needs a conversation, we propose times

For anything that needs a call, we offer two windows in UK time and keep the agenda narrow: what you want done, what access it needs and who approves the result.

04

We close the loop

If we said we would come back to you, we do, including when the answer is that nothing has changed yet. Unanswered messages are treated as a failure on our side.

RESPONSE EXPECTATIONS

When to expect a reply from PC LAB

We aim to reply within two working days, Monday to Friday, UK time. Messages that arrive over the weekend or on a public holiday are read on the next working day. That aim is a commitment we hold ourselves to, not a service level you have to chase.

Complex technical questions can take longer. When that happens we send a real holding note with an expected date rather than silence, and we keep to the date. A short accurate answer later beats a fast answer that turns out to be wrong.

If something has broken in the product, say so plainly and use the support route. That path exists to get a failure in front of the right person quickly, and a clear reproduction step is worth more than a long description.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Short, direct answers. If yours is missing, the full FAQ page has more.

The outcome you want, the systems involved, anything you have already tried and the deadline that matters. If approvals are needed, say who gives them. That is usually enough for us to answer with a real next step rather than a request for more information.

We aim to reply within two working days, Monday to Friday, UK time. Technical questions can take longer, and when they do we tell you the expected date. We do not send automated acknowledgements with no follow-up.

Yes, and the same form reaches that team. Say what you are working on, the outlet or organisation, and the deadline, and include the angle you need. The press kit has logos, facts and boilerplate ready if that is all you need.

Your message goes to PC LAB and is used to answer you. It is not sold and not passed to advertisers. The privacy policy explains what we keep, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it, and the terms set out the rest.

Use the support page instead. It lists the diagnostics to include, the FAQ entries that answer most issues and the route for a failure report. Support questions sent through the contact form are forwarded, but the support page will get you to an answer faster.

BEYOND THIS

This is one example. The next domain is a request away.

Zeus AGI acquires the skills it needs and connects MCP servers, so the scope is not a fixed feature list. If the work is digital or device based, it is in scope.

Tell us the job, not the category.

One clear goal and a deadline is enough to start. A person at PC LAB will reply with the next step, or with an honest answer about whether this is the right fit.
